What happens if we cancel mid-build?
Fixed-scope projects are billed in two halves: 50% kickoff, 50% on acceptance. If you cancel before acceptance, you keep every commit we pushed — working or not — and owe nothing further.
How is this different from a simple automation?
Simple tools are useful for simple handoffs. We help when the workflow also needs business rules, uncertain matches, approvals, or clear exception handling. We build around the tools you already use and document how the workflow works.
Do we need to be technical to work with you?
No. Every build has a non-technical owner on your side and a weekly 30-minute walkthrough of what shipped. If you can describe the problem, we can scope it.
What about data residency / privacy?
We agree where your data and software will run before the build starts. Project access, retention, and any third-party services are documented in the scope so your team can review them.
Who will we work with?
You work directly with the two founders: one focused on the business case and one on engineering. There is no handoff to an account team after the first call.
